How to read this. Every line above is measured from the file you uploaded, at 90 mm wide. It is an automatic check, not a person, so we confirm it by eye before anything goes on a machine. This tool produces a cleaned vector and a colour match. It does not produce an embroidery file: turning artwork into stitches is a separate job and one of our team does it by hand.

Every job here is stitched in Madeira thread. The colours above are matched by colour distance and shown as a name and a colour value, because the shade on your screen is never quite the shade on the cone. We pick the exact Madeira cones off the shade card and confirm them with you before anything is stitched.

This is the size most logos end up at, and it is where fine detail quietly disappears. Lettering, thin outlines and small gaps between shapes are the first things to go. If yours is going somewhere larger, a back print or a bag panel, it will hold more detail than you see here.
